How Do I Book a Safari with Camelleon Safaris?
The following are the procedures to book your safari
Step 1: Make an Inquiry
After reviewing our safari options, sample trips, and packages, reach out with your ideal travel dates, group size, and whether you prefer a ready-made itinerary or a tailor-made safari package.
Step 2: Personalized Consultation
We’ll have a one-on-one consultation with you to discuss your preferences and customize your safari plan accordingly. This can be done via email, phone call, or messaging—whichever you prefer.
Step 3: Availability & Proposal
We will check the availability of your chosen safari options, accommodations, and schedule. If anything is unavailable, we’ll suggest alternatives. Once everything is agreed upon, we’ll proceed to reserve your safari.
Step 4: Deposit & Invoice
We will then send you payment instructions along with an invoice. The deposit required varies:
– 10% for all camping safaris
– 40% for lodge safaris
– Up to 70% may be requested for tailor-made or luxury safaris
Step 5: Booking Confirmation
After we receive your deposit and payment confirmation, we’ll send you a written confirmation for your booking.
