2 Days expedition to Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania offers a collection of memorable experiences in a short while. This Safari lets you explore one of
Africa’s seven natural wonders – the Ngorongoro Crater and the Tarangire National Park which
blusters a lot of species for both vegetation and animals. Tarangire is well-known for their
endless plains of savannah and their colossal elephant herds. You will be popularized to the
notorious big five and marvel at the huge view of the crater in Ngorongoro.
Day 1: Arusha / Moshi – Tarangire National Park
After early breakfast at your hotel, we will drive for Tarangire National Park early in the
breaking of dawn. Arrive with full day game drive in Tarangire National Park, we will start to
delve into the enormous termite mounds and the ancient baobab trees. This park is esteemed for
its diversified bird species and vast population of elephants.
You will have the chance to seeing lots of wild animals including lions, buffalos, giraffes,
zebras, etc., but above all else it is famous for its astonishing number of elephants, who typically
tend to stay close to their drinking source, the Tarangire River.
The game drive goes on till about late evening and includes a small stop for a picnic lunch. In
late evening drive to Karatu town and check in at Helens Luxury Resort for dinner and
overnight.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha / Moshi
Wake up early in the morning for hot breakfast and then depart for full day game drive in
Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority / Ngorongoro Crater. Directly descend down to the
crater floor for the game drive, lunch will be at the crater in midday.
The crater floor is covered with wealth of wild animals, including wildebeest, zebra, gazelles,
elands, and a large predator population of lions, hyena and jackal which can all be viewed at
close quarters. A part from that Ngorongoro crater is well known as a multiple land use, because
it’s only in Ngorongoro where you can see the Wildlife, People Settlements here we refer to
Nomadic Maasai with their live stocking roaming around.
You will be pleased by the view of lovely flamingos on the Soda Lake. By lunch time you will
arrive at the lake side, where you will be offered lunchboxes, after which game viewing will
continue.
Later in evening ascend from the crater for transfer back to Arusha/Moshi for drop off.
